Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2023 we will not be issuing refunds for in store or online purchases. You will have 30 days to exchange an item or you will recieve a store credit in the form of a Gift Card with NO EXPIRATION date. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL...we cannot exchange or refund your purchase on SALE items. 

Online Order: Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Pearls and Chicks Boutique does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages.
